Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
The famous Call of Duty series changes things up and ditches the WWII scene for a modern battlefield. This first person shooter has a terrific audiovisual presentation and an awesome multi-player mode. The single player mode, however, is shorter than most games of its type, so expect to breeze through that part pretty quickly. |

Resistance: Fall of Man
Set in a bleak 1950s alternate history in which mankind was annihilated by a mysterious menace, it's up to you to grab a gun and save what's left of civilization. |
Battlefield: Bad Company
This game puts you in control of a squad of renegade soldiers who infiltrate enemy territory for revenge and profit. The game features an impressive collection of gadgets and vehicles, as well as a fleshed out single player mode (finally) and 24-player multiplayer maps. |
