White Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar also known simply as cider vinegar is extremely acidic. It's used for cooking and can be diluted with water or fruit juice It's not recommended for consuming straight, as it's acidic properties can burn the throat.

Balsamic Vinegar

Balsamic vinegar  comes from the concentrated juice  of white grapes  and is commonly made in Italy. The aroma of balsamic vinegar is considered to be quite pleasant by most people and can cause the mouth to physically water. It is used mainly for culinary purposes.

Rice Vinegar

Rice vinegar  is popular in Eastern countries and Southeast Asia. It is sold in white red and black  variants. It is used for culinary purposes, such as in the making of sushi rice

Wine Vinegar

Wine vinegar  is made from white  or red  wine. It is the most common type of vinegar in the Mediterranean and Central Europe. Ranges in quality and price, as does wine. Lower acidic level than most other vinegars.

Malt vinegar  is a favourite condiment  in Northern England. Try some malt vinegar with fries

Fruit vinegar  is made from fruit wine Flavors include apple raspberry  and tomato They range in price, but are usually more expensive than the average bottle of white vinegar.

Raisin Vinegar

Raisin vinegar  is used to prepare many foods in the Middle East. Its flavor is mild.

Coconut Vinegar

Coconut vinegar  is a popular part of food in the Philippines. It is made from fermented coconut  water. Other countries in Southeast Asia and India also use coconut vinegar in their foods. It has a sharp, acidic taste.

Beer Vinegar

Beer vinegar  is produced in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Its taste varies and depends on what kind of beer was used during its production.
